You may wonder how had happen to me…

At work, I am busy with meeting, interview, rectification works etc…

And I encountered some weird incidents

1) One of the lobby staircase lightings and lift lobby lightings flicker like disco lights – No fault defected.

2) Water feature No 2: water was gushing out from the joints of the artificial rocks – Now no more leaking.

3) Solenoid valve of one of the bin chute keeps tripping - we suspect the cables the replacement but now everything is bad to operation.
You know what I mean if you understand.

I was down with diarrhea last week…

A bad one!

I still having phobia for pasta and pizza.

Here is another lengthy story. I am going to cut it short.

One of my residents complained that her maintenance fee’s cheque took more than a month to bank in. Firstly, her cheque bounced due to the delay. Secondly, my ex-colleague did not inform her at all. She was so mad that she wrote in to request to waive off the interest of $98.00.

Due to certain reasons, my boss did not want to bring this up to the Clients.

My boss instructed me to call up this resident. And proposed to her that she will bear 50% of the interest and the balance I will” reimburse” from my own pocket.

The following day, my 1st Client came questioning me on this matter…

I would like to share a remedy that I have been using since February.

I heart rosemary so much!

I am using 100% Rosemary Essential Oil for hair care.

Regular use of rosemary oil helps in stimulating follicles, as a result of which, hair grow longer and stronger.

Rosemary oil slows down premature hair loss and graying of hair.

Rosemary oil will also eliminate dryness and act as excellent conditioner.

Direction: After shampoo, towel dries your hair. Next put 2 -3 drops of rosemary oil onto your palm. Then massage the oil onto your scalp with your fingertips (not fingernails). And you can follow up applying other hair care products onto your hair / hair ends.

Trust me the smell is light and smoothing. It is not oily on your scalp.

First, I am bleeding badly.
There were extreme changes at home.

On top of that, I been having nightmares for the past few nights...

Sometimes people are down at their LUCK.
And I am one of the unluckily ones.

I am missing someone badly!
I think this is why Aunt Valerie is here to accompany me the next two days.
And make me stay at home.
So I can stop spending money!!!

Life without TV really make my life miserable.

My Aunt Valerie is Missing In Action! And I having lost my craving in food.

Work is making me exhausted!

I have enough of interfloor seepage issues. They were always bounced back to the MA if the issues were left unresolved. I am truly aware of the above unit is responsible to make good if the said water is coming from their unit. But how to settle the repair cost? Who pay? Above unit? Or cost sharing? This is a subjective question…

I wanted to emphasis on do not own a Condominium no matter how loaded you are! Before the 10 years warranty of the waterproofing expires, it has started leaking to the lower floors. The contractor used cotton-like material and aluminium foil to wrap the leaking pipe. They did that in many units. It is so disgusting… Contractor will never hack the floor to redo the waterproofing unless you are paying them in cash. There is not much choice left except to do grouting since it is under the 10 years warranty. But no 100% guarantee!

Good workmanship = no extra income for contractors

P/S: some of my residents don’t seem to be working but they could paid their maintenance fee?

I hated Tutor aka Tuition Teacher since young.

I used to have countless of them.

Once I begged and cried to my mum to stop her from letting me go this particular tutor’s home for lessons. This lady tutor and her husband were full time tutors and they were teaching from their home. They were so called the best tutors in the neighborhood. This lady tutor is a monster. And she practiced favoritism. Since I can sense that she don’t like me so those days were the worst of my life.

Can you imagine a twelve years old gal was stay back up to 11pm just because she was a slow learner?

And today, there is some one in my life resembles this ex-tutor.

My sense of phobia is back!

Why does it always speak to me in a reprimanded manner?
After I gave my explanation, it was seldom accepted.
It told me that if I don’t anything must ask.
So I follow it instruction. But I ended up like a silly idiot.
You should bring this up in the xxx. So they know you are doing your job.
You should let me vet the xxx before you sent out. This is after the clients commented after reading xx that need to be improved.
So I let him vet all necessary xx from then on.
When a resident reply back on the letter sent out which was vet by it.
It commented to me why I should quote BMSMA act in the xx when the resident wrote “threatening statement” in the xx. This is my fault again.
Why must it always stress on me even over little matters
And rush me off to complete my work.
I do not own eight tentacles.

Finally I am back to SG. *Wink*

My shoulders are still aching cos of the Adidas bag I have been carrying the past few days.

I missed the weekend market in BKK.

I splurged on my fave brands Boots more than Naraya.

How I wish there are Boots in SG.

Our hotel, Bangkok City Inn is nearby Central World.

Except for their breakfast is disappointing.

I wanna stay in Arnoma Hotel the next time since they serve a large variety of food.

The shark fins restaurant, Nam Sing in MBK had closed down. *Disappointed*

So we went to Hong Min instead. But it sucks…

The KFC chicken in Bkk and Udon Thani are definitely tenderer than SG.

I love their KFC tuna salad. You can find Edamame in it.

I’m exhausted! Time to zzz.

I was in SGH pacing up and down the several blocks aimlessly since I had missed the visiting hours. Cos I went to Gelare for lunch - waffles with 2 scoops of ice-cream.

This was my first time visiting to the Medical Intensive Care Unit. Timing between 2 -5pm is meant for the doctors to go around checking the patients. And to let the patients to rest & relax.

These are the regulations to follow before I can access in: First I have to sanitize both my hands. Next, I have to put on a paper like material cloth which the operation doctors wear. Lastly, put on a mask. So strict…. =(

A severe incident occurred. I have to put my all emotions apart. And I have to act as the bad guy. I understand this is kind of cruel to the affected parties.

And their reporters turned up. I appreciate the ones who seek approval to access into the estate. Except Ms. CQ who had trespassed. She lied she took a cab in. Actually, she sneaked in from the bin centre. This is unprofessional of her!

I spent my last weekend watching HK drama series. I must admit that the actors and actresses acting skills are excellent. I’m addicted to it. While watching, I can improve my dialect. Since my Cantonese is really sucks! I used to language barrier speaking to my grandmas.

I have lost my tolerant in watching Korean drama series. My name is Kim Sam Soon (comedy) and Goong (fairy tale) are exception cases.

I have started watching this series, Which star are you from? seven months ago. Yet I still have not complete watching the whole series. I fell asleep twice while watching the same episode. Another 3-4 disc to struggle. I wanted to give up…

The story goes – A producer and a rich gal fell in love. But the gal’s mum objected their relationship. One day, while the producer was driving, he accidentally killed the gal.

A few years later, the producer met this poor gal who looks identical to his ex-galfriend. He did not know that poor gal was the long lost sister of rich gal. And her natural mum still objected their relationship.

Property agents seldom leave a good impression to me. Maybe I am a demanding person. They just concern all about their commissions. How many of them can give proper advices to the sellers and buyers.

My friend, Brenda and her hb bought a unit recently. The completion is in early July 2007. But the agent did not advise the seller when the deadline to shift out of the unit. As result, they have to lease another 1 month at their existing unit. Why my friends were so sway? Last time was Dawn and now is Brenda.

There is this particular agent and his gang who are active in my estate. He actually convinced one of my residents, Mr. S. And he sold his unit. Mr. S told me that the agent kept pestering him and he gave in finally.

Another thing which I can never tolerate. Why agent can’t understand they are not allowed to distribute flyers in private estates. Why must they persist? So is the Security not doing their job or simply the agents are too cunning?

Why agents are so talkative. They asked so many questions. When going to do repainting. How much money is there in sinking fund? One of them asked me whether he can have a copy of the last AGM documents. Nah! You wait long long also dun have.

In their eyes, they only see S 11.

My trip to Udon Thani was a fruitful one. I wouldn’t choose to go there if I am a little girl. I rather stay in the cosy hotel room.

Udon Thani one of the province of Thailand. It takes two hours on coach to Laos and 10 hours on coach to Bangkok. And there are no bird nest or shark fins.

There is only 1 shopping mall of 4 storey includes of a Cinema, Tops Supermart, Robinson, Mister Donut, KFC, Pizza Hut, MK steamboat, my fave Boots Pharmacy and etc . The fashion trend there was not up to date. And the locals cannot speak or understand English.

I missed their street hawker food. Crispy Hao Jian, Duck noodles, Multiple ingredients Qing tang, bean curb with ginger soup, coconut ice-cream. Most of all is the hotel mini croissant with potato fillings.

I went to doc this morning.

For the past few days, my mood was spoilt by this first particular caller each morning. I simply have to tolerate her aggressive and agitation. Can you imagine when I put the phone 1 arm length away from my ear, I could hear her voice.

She kept repeating from A to Z over and over again! She used words to threaten me. " I will write to your Mr. Chan!" " Who is the chairman? I want his number!" And so on...

That afternoon,I nearly break into tears and hide myself under my table. I felt so worthless!

It have been raining almost everyday. And the existing upgrading works cannot be finished on time. On Mon, there are other new works on-going. This means I have more strangers in my estate and I have to keep an eye on them.

The beauty of glowing skin comes from good eating habits besides using skin care products and with a lil help of makeup techniques to transform one into a beauty.

Nowadays, I realized most of teenage girl that I meet on streets have started putting on makeup. As compared to my teenage years. Their scales of drawing eye liner and putting up falsie lashes are fantasize. I think I should ask them how they achieve it.

Or maybe it is the practices that make the prefect.

I believe in using the correct skin care product to nourish and cleanse our skin. And it is not necessary to be a branded or a pricy product. As long it is effective on you.

I have came across reading this “If a product is effective on you, you will notice within a week.”

True enough and I agreed to it.

I feel that cleansing is the most important step in the basic 3-steps, cleanse –tone – moisturize. If this step failed, it would be a disaster.

I have once experienced countless acne volcanos on my face at a time. In those 3 months, I was living in demoralization. I had never believed that my cleansing water was the culprit since I have been using it for the past 2 years. It was until a friend encountered the same situation as mine. Since then, I have banned using this Korean brand cleansing water.

Finally I have to agree on using cleansing oil is the best makeup remover.

I believe in beauty comes from skin deep. So the food we eat are extremely important. Although many doc have claimed that acnes do not concern with the food they ate. But this never convinces me.

I have cultivated new eating habits since my bottom are growing bigger. *Sad*

I have reduced on processed foods (luncheon meat, ham, hot dogs, canned sardines and nuggets) and reduced taking fast food and red meat. Pasta Mania and Subway are my other alternatives.

Instead I drink more plain water and soupy stuffs. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Eat more white meat (fish and chicken). I love adding a little organic cider apple vinegar to my cold beverage to helps digestion and detoxification. It is a bit sour but appetizing.

Lastly, don’t stay awake to late. Cos Beauty sleep is another factor to glowing skin.

Fingers Vs. Brushes

I used to wish to own a full set of makeup brushes.

This is a girlie thing and no guys will understand.

A good set of brushes dun come cheap. At least a few hundred bucks…

But you see I dun really know the function of every single brushes except the cheek, lip and eyes shadow and eye liner brushes.

Anyway, I’m not a makeup artist. Who CARES! I’m self-trained to draw my own face. Without any brushes, I can still do wonders with my finger tips.

Example-Use your finger tips to apply -

~ Fluid foundation instead of sponge

~ Eye shadow instead of eye shadow brush

~ Blusher instead of cheek brush

The temperature from our finger tips able to create a better blend. And it produces a natural finish effect as compared to brushes.

So make sure your hands are clean before you start playing with your cosmetics.

Tip: To set your face makeup immediately, rub both your hands together until heat is produce. Then put both your hands on your face. Repeat 3-4 times. So no more hassle to wait an hour to set your make up.

I loves fine food! The large spreads of scrumptious food at Carousel is splendid as compared to the previous Café Vienna. I love the Garden Salad that goes with honey mustard sauce, the variety of Sashimi, the Tako slices with Wakame, Home-made Pumpkin Soup blend in with Chicken bites, the Orange-colored Scallops with Dou Miao , Snapper Slices with a dash of Black Pepper, the Rosemary Lamb and Roast Beef, the Chocolate Fondue Fountain and the Wide Selection of Pastries that made me indecisive. Most of all to go with glasses of red wine. The atmosphere was heavenly under the sparkles of the crystal chandeliers. And it was an eye candy to have two tables of gorgeous guys across of mine.

Landing in a new place have tremendously change my mentality. I am a happier person now!

With residents living in harmony. And works are much easier to get approvals. Life seems to be much better here.

Yes! I love this place. Except I have proceed to the next learning stage , I have to learnt to be more and more independent. Nah! Not a bad thing after all!

Yet I have realized that how much I have disliked some of my typical ex- residents. And in my sub-conscious, I have condemned the rest…

And I am cordially invited to attend a dinner with my ex-bosses.

I finally get to see Yuka although she said she no comfortable to meet in the 1st place. I saw her waiting 4 us at the Clock tower. She was so beautiful. So lady like her chinese name so feminine. Yesterday was a memorable day. I came to realise and undertand a lotsa of things.

There is one issue that seriously have affected me the most.

I officially announce that I am leaving. Today will be my last day of work in Orchids.

The announcement was break up in this morning after half past twelve. With a few surprised faces and another one who doesn't seems quite happy about it. In fact, he was the one who have spoken to me last time.

Ahha... He is one of my "FAVE".

There isn't such comments and remarks given. Except that the verification that the promotion does come with salary increment.

Previously, the last debate had failed because of 2 reasons.

Firstly, It was a transfer and not a promotion.
Secondly, there was no increment.

Some years back, I was suffering from Depression. That was the darkest moment of my life. I was completely negative and hopeless.

Dun asked me what had happen. I wouldn’t want reveal. *Wink*

I cried secretly in the middle of the night.

I made myself drunk to feel better.

I swallowed more than 30 panadols at one short.

I lied to the Doc in order to get sleeping pills

I splurged all my money in shopping

I nearly slashed my wrist with a pen knife

Thinking back those days, I must admit that I am a silly little girl.
